We met when we least expected it—both carrying the weight of past heartbreaks, quietly mending our own hearts.

Our first encounter was simple, yet memorable—a fleeting glance during a vaccination day. We didn’t speak, but something quietly stirred between us, a connection we would only recognize much later.

On September 26, 2021, through our Best Man, Ryan, Mik (Lady) was introduced to Ka Nards. To our surprise, we discovered we had been neighbors all along, living so close yet unaware of each other. Curiosity sparked, Mik began asking about Ka Nards, and even saw an old photo Ryan sent—which looked nothing like the person she would soon meet in real life.

The very next day, on September 27—Mik’s birthday—our paths crossed again, this time more intentionally, through Ka Ricky Dante (O2). In that moment, Mik wasn’t ready to open her heart fully, cautious from past experiences. Yet Ka Nards was patient, kind, and unwavering. With gentle understanding, respect, and steady affection, he earned her trust, step by step.

What began as a simple friendship soon blossomed into something extraordinary. Slowly, effortlessly, our bond deepened—growing into love, the kind that feels like home, and the beginning of forever.
